Prices

Depending on the service, pricing may be offered as:
- a one-time fixed price;
- a recurring monthly subscription;

- a project-based engagement; or
- a retainer or collaboration arrangement.
For services requiring a quotation, the applicable price will be presented to the customer before an order or engagement is confirmed.
Additional Charges

Payment Timing

Delivery / Provision of Services

For research, consulting, monitoring, collaboration, and other services requiring individual coordination, the commencement date and expected delivery schedule will be communicated after the order or engagement is confirmed.
Cancellations and Refunds
Because many Japan Watchdesk products and services involve digital information, research, analysis, customized work, or professional services, cancellation or refund eligibility may depend on whether work has commenced or digital content has already been delivered.
Any product-specific cancellation or refund conditions displayed on the applicable product page, quotation, proposal, or agreement will apply.
Where a service cannot be provided due to circumstances attributable to Japan Watchdesk, an appropriate remedy, including a refund where applicable, will be provided.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to customers under applicable law.
Subscription Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of a recurring service before the next billing date using the cancellation method provided for the applicable service or by contacting:
Cancellation stops future renewals unless otherwise stated. Fees already charged for the current billing period are generally not prorated or refunded except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise.
Custom and Quoted Services
For customized research, consulting, collaboration, and retainer engagements, specific terms concerning scope, price, payment, delivery, cancellation, and other conditions may be established separately in a quotation, proposal, statement of work, or agreement.
Where such individual terms are agreed with the customer, those terms will apply to the relevant engagement.
